Comparables report

Using the latest data on available sold prices I can provide a desktop valuation of a property based on local comparables to give you assurance you are buying at the right price. The report will also cover expected rental values or sale price for your exit.

investment appraisal

A full modelling of the deal including all associated purchase costs, finance costs, net yield and ROI so you can compare investment opportunities. Depending on the exit plan I can also include a section on projected refurb costs/ selling fees and tax positions.

Negotiation Strategy

The report will also outline a recommended negotiation strategy using a maximum purchase price, anchoring offer and the three-step technique that we use at the Willow City Group to regularly secure below market value deals.
